what do you advise me to buy the camera like Canon and Nikon?

DSLRs with a rokinon 8mm lens are the new gopro. Canon t2/3/4is are inexpensive, fairly easy to use and shoot great video...look into it!

A lot of it depends on what you can afford, but typically if you can, go for a DSLR to start a life long fetish of money wasting and lens whoring. It's fun. Anyone can make a good camera take shitty video though, so start small and appreciate the little things in your camera before you work your way up. But as TotallyTrevor said, most canon Txi series are pretty inexpensive given everything, and they're a good place to start
