Powerful, yes, but please watch this with it on mute and tell me you feel the same way about it.

The content here is almost irrelevant, being that it's all things we've known and been told since we were in preschool. They are getting at your emotions with some super shallow depth of field shots and a beatles song, which they could do with a cartoon video about ice cream. Not trying to be "that guy," I just feel like you should pay more attention to what the video is actually about.

I'm aware that the music makes the video, but something about seeing Danny Pearl and Matthew Shepard on here specifically hit me pretty hard. I like the message and I like the fact that they didn't hold back at all with the people they chose for this commercial. They're are some very controversial topics at hand here with the people they chose and that really gets me. Maybe that's just me, but I figured we could all take away something from this and appreciate it.

I thought the filming was way good and kept it interesting. The music did make it but I would definitely watch this over and over than a depressing SPCA commercial. At least they took a good, positive ad at least watchable approach.
