Help Fixing IPod Touch +k

I have a 4th generation 32gb iPod touch that has a major problem- it only works when it is plugged into a wall charger, not even a computer. If I unplug it from the wall charger it will immediately die. If anyone can help me I will give you 10/10 thankyou guys!

you need a new battery. it sounds like your battery isn't retaining any charge, thats what happened with my computer and it just needed a new battery and the problem was resolved

did you try restoring it?
try that first.
then google recovery mode and try those steps

Ya ur battery is done. The same thing happened to me when i washed it, it lost its charge. You can ether take it in to get it done professionally which costs about $80 or you can do it yourself for much cheaper. Here is a link showing you how to replace it.
