Powerade with no question about it. 1. Better flavors. ( blue, purple, orange, white, and pink ) I admit the red sucks ass. 2. Way cheaper than gatorade . I can buy a big bottle of powerade for 99 cents. Anyone who says gatorade just doesn't give powerade a chance.

i was always a blue gatorade kind of guy but i've recently discovered a love for orange. even red is pretty tasty. sadly though, i think orange was always neglected like the popsicles in the packages when we were kids. everyone always jumped in for pink and purple. orange just seemed like the safe, boring choice. i'd have it if it were there, but not if i had the option for something else. well not anymore. orange, i love you.

I'll be that guy, I prefer the flavors of powerade honestly.

I'll drink em both but gaterade's flavors aren't as good and some are fucking whack imo. They had that whole line of weird blends that fucking sucked.

water. and salt/lemon juice either concentrated to just pound back or diluted.

gatorade power is ok but the shit in the bottle is like 3x too concentrated. I don't know how people can drink that when they exercise.

yeah i always have buckets of gatorade powder in my house. gotta keep hydrated and you dont want it too sweet all the time.
but if ive been skiing for a few hours i love to get into the chalet and down a nice blue gatorade. it really replenishes you after not having water for so long.
