Replying to Do I have any leverage?

Today I came across a flyer distributed by my local ski area/former employer with a 4 or 5 year old picture of me. I was never contacted by them nor have i given them permission to use my image. So heres my question... This year there was a rather messy debacle over defunding of the terrain park and a reduction in staff... long story short is i dont want any money or anything but do you think I have any negotiating leverage as far demanding changes/ more investment into the park for next year.
