Replying to Atomic Tracker Warranty
So... after 30+ days on my atomic trackers I finally broke one of them. The rail snapped off right at the rivet on the toe piece. Luckily they still work in alpine mode was i was able to get out safely. Unluckily Atomic has horrible customer support and won't respond to my inquires about getting them fixed. I got them on preform so I can't return them (wish I had bought them from BC.com now). Anyone have any experience dealing with Atomic's Warranty? Or happen to have a contact I could get in touch with?
