I know there not the best but i was trying to capture the dogs natural movements it would make instead of just a portrait of him sitting.

please let me know what one you prefer!

what would you rather see to capture their natural movements?

I would try to capture the bottom of the dogs legs. It would add some fluidity to these shots. Do some exposure adjustment too. They seem a little dark, but that could be my monitor.
