Replying to Looking for a new pair of skis, anybody have any ideas?

I've landed myself a job as a ski instructor and need a pair of twin tips for skiing backwards for long periods. I want an all mountain ski for free skiing in Tahoe, CA I don't know a lot about park skiing, but want to learn, and love pow skiing when I can. I only have race skis right now so I want something to ski the whole mountain but Im on a budget; around 5 to 6 or lower would be great . I'm about 6' tall weigh around 200Ib and am an advanced skier, (according to myself, I do blacks with some doubles thrown in throughout the day).
