Replying to 2013 Saga Anomie Pants Medium

I am selling my 2013 Saga Anomie Pants size medium, color black. I purchased these pants about 3 weeks ago. I have used them for all of 3 runs, as I was having massive boot problems and could hardly ski. I can't return them since I took the tags off. The reason I want to sell them is that they are a tad to small for me. Stupid of me, when I got them, I tired them on with out any base layering, and once I got to the mountain and put them on, I realized they were to tight around my waist. These pants are $199.00 brand new. I am selling them for $165.00 shipped, since they are basically brand new, not even a scuff on them. Fyi I am 5 10'' and have a size 33'' waist.
