So my grey J flight just came today...3xl is bigger than expected. It's about the same length as my 2xl ignant, but its way to wide. I need some help shrinking it, normally I would put it in the dryer on full heat, but I'm afraid of damaging or partially melting the fully polyester sleeves...any help shrinking this would be mucho appreciated... Ideas?

Put it through 1 regular wash cycle, not full heat.

that is what would apply the shrinkage. If you hang dry it won't shrink.

put it in hot (nearly boiling) water and then dry in dryer normaly, but the hot water should shrink it a lot

This is actually a really good idea... Ill just soak the cotton part (the body not the sleeves) and then stick it in the dryer at a lower heat

Word thanks. Ill try it tomorrow... I might just get some very hot water in a sink and then soak the j flight in it, rather than hearing water on a stove

it will shrink a lot more lengthwise than widthwise, be warned...

I wouldn't put it in the dry!! After time they do start to shrink tho. Dose it have a zipper? It would be hard to stretch. With Tee's I just soak them or run water over it in a sink and fold length wise, use a wooden broom Handel and wrap the top neck part around the broom Handel (so I don't stretch the neck) and the bottom of the tee on the clean floor, place my foot on the bottom of the tee and pull that shit hard but not too hard, you don't wanna rip the seams. For about 30sec. The more wet it is the easer it is to stretch. Don't dry it, you'll end up with a super small tee with no sleeves.

I'm 6'3 / 6'4 so for me to get a longer tee I need to stretch 'em.
