Need some binding help ASAP

Just realized that the shop fucked up my marker griffon bindings... So I went to slide back the heel peice, and I can't find the lever that you lift up... How do I do this??

I'm almost positive they have a twist controlled sliding mount. Not a lever sliding mount.

It is the screw at the bottom of the heel above the track itself that controls the front to back adjustment on your heel piece along that track.
With that being said, why are you moving that if your shop just mounted them?

Screw should be flush with its housing when the boot is in for correct forward pressure.

How did they fuck it up? The shop should have reviewed the bindings with you when you picked them up?

alright i got it..i was just looking for a lever when actually it's the screw.
