Replying to neighbor in an accident

my neighbor was just in a horrible accident, doing about 80, high as shit, rolled twice, they werent wearing seatbelts, the medicas said they are lucky to be alive, as fast as they were going, and that the had no seatbelts. the moral of the story is, no matter what, where the damn seatbelt. allso all he got was a cut on his head, and needed stiches, the driver was fine.
