Am i off Diversion?

Over the summer me and some friends got caught with alcohol and weed and i got put on diversion i did all the stuff i needed to do and my officer said i would be getting off on Halloween but i haven't got a call or a thing in the mail saying i was off but on my contract it says the terms can not exceed Halloween so i was wondering am i off or not? ive tried calling my P.O and he just does not answer I figure i could give NS's a chance to help me out

Dude you're lucky you just got Diversion. You could have OD'd from taking pot and drinking at the same time. I heard it happened to this one kid back in the 90's.

If its written on a legal document that it wont exceed oct 31. Than I think its safe to say that your diversion is over. I was on diversion for a while and I never got a congratulations phone call or anything.

NIGGA. Bobby had the same DO as you and me. When he got off the lazy son of a bitch, who never calls anybody dont worry, sent him a letter saying he was off and to stay outta trouble. Plus it fuckin said, terms may not exceed nigga, he cant do shit. the terms outlined include drug testing, but due to the fact that the said date (Haloween) has already passed, he cannot drug test you anymore. BLOW TREES NIGGA. actually i stand corrected, what you shoudl really do is blow purp. just like i told tha faggot hank to do. THATS THA TRUTH. PEACE.

Diversion is when lower level drug crimes(poss. of paraphrenalia, possession, under the influence) are diverted from the criminal court system into something along the lines of Rehab or something similar. The court will drug test you at random times as well.

OP, I'd wait a while before going back to whatever drugs you did. You tend to only get diverted once and after that it'll be a misdemeanor or felony charge for you.
