Spent a bunch of time trying to figure out why my wireless router wasn't working when everything seemed to be fine. Thought the slot where the ethernet cable plugs in. Everything seemed to be fine. Cable was secured at both ends. Switched out the cables with another one to see if that would help. Reset the router a bunch of times. Nothing no fucking live. Sucked because xbox is upstairs, router is downstairs.

Realized a little while ago, the only problem was that there was a new terms agreement I had to okay to sign into live. I kept thinking it was an error message. Fuck xbox and their mind games on my late night brain.


Sparknotes: Thought my router broke but really I dun goofed and let xbox trick me.

Have you never done anything then felt stupid about it?

Besides. Maybe there was somebody else out there as dumb as me and this saved them from freaking out over not being able to play xbox. Probably not though.

It took me about 10 min to start my lawnmower today, because I had it switched to manual start instead of auto. I cranked the key to no avail for what seemed like forever. Finally I realized my mistake. We all derp sometimes.

Damn dude. I ran out of gas on my motorcycle. Somehow it was switched to the reserve tank. Walked it about a mile home. Also sucked because it wasn't registered, not plates on her, and I didn't have a license. Got it in my garage to see what was wrong as were like oh, derp.

Im pretty sure I tried to call my phone with my phone once. I might not have been in a normal state of mind though.


Also the sunglasses on looking for sunglasses gets me every time

read up, fun thing you can do with your router you might not know about.

look for an ip address on a sticker on the back of the router, enter that ip to your web browser. it will ask for username and password, those will also be on the same sticker. if you can't physically access your router, the ip is usually 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.100.1 or something like that. username and password are usually both admin. once you're able to log in, other people that use the same wifi are your bitches. you can change the password for the wifi itself, block internet for all other people except yourself or just block one specific device, or block specific domains. i'm sure you can do a lot more, shit's too complicated for me. it gets mad funny at my house sometimes lol
