Armada JJ or 4frnt YLE

Im looking for a ski that I can ski everyday in every condition and would be good in big mountain comp. I have been looking at the Armada JJ or the 4frnt YLE. i would also like to hear other skis that would be good.

Okay need way more information. What are your sizes? Your ability? where are you competing? Alaska and Colorado are two major condition settings. even Vail and Silverton are different set of conditions.

they're also completely different skis. 4FRNT CRJ would be more similar to JJ.

YLE is a backcountry park ski. do you do lots of switch take offs or landings? Do you want your 119 wasted ski center mounted? if either of these answers is yes than the YLE is your jam box. torsionally pretty damn sturdy, the ski has a lot of power

Agree with the above except if you're looking for an every day ski I can tell you the CRJ is probably not your best bet. I love mine don't get me wrong, but they're super soft and beat the hell out of you when it gets choppy. I have a couple buddies in Utah who ski the YLE as their every day ski and love em. JJs might be a little soft if your dropping cliffs and charging hard in comps. Maybe go AK JJ? Again don't know where you're skiing though.

Sounds like the YLE 177 would be your best bet. What kind of comps are you doing?
