Can someone give me a good downloader to Fraps or a simpler way to download Facebook videos?

Had a video on a friend's phone, tried to put it on the computer via USB cord, turns out you need to download some bullshit program to get all the video files, put the file on Facebook, now trying to download it from there, but all these "Facebook Downloader" websites don't work for shit so I figured I would just record the screen and sound, however, Fraps doesn't wanna work either and I think it's 'cause I don't have the full version so now I need the full version.

do you have a mac/quicktime x/quicktime pro?

i think there is a built in screen recorder in quick time x or pro, i dont know if it works on the windows without getting quicktime pro however

Ah yes, yet another young Padiwan who is lost in this modern real of technology.
You should go on Safari (oh the pun) and use the magic combination of : "⌥ + ⌘ + i" to summon the great web inspector.

There you will be guided further by the force within you. But be careful, the almighty web inspector is powerful and shouldn't fall in empire hands.
