A new ski game

Hello! I've been working on this as a little side project over the summer. It's way better if you have a controller but you can play with the keyboard if you don't have one. Try it, there are plenty of bugs!

Does anyone else like hitting the second jump on the jump line at low speed, transfering to the cannon box and sliding back down onto the jump?

1) carve

2) spin atleast 360 (slithly press the up arrow while spinnin if you wish to cork a bit from the beginning )

3)dont spin anymore, your skier will keep the spinning motion a bit, finish the corking by holding down arrow

4) you might need to press up arrow a bit when you land if you plan on turning it into a 9 or more (with a bit more spin obviously)

Just a suggestion, I think it'd be better if when you hit the end of the map at the big drop off into nothing, you automatically restart

he could even do what jibbin+ did in the default big mountain level, just make a flat texture off the ground a little bit with no collision mask. That way his skis are underneath a layer, it looks pretty damn good if you add some snow effects in the area where that is.

Pressing 0 only accelerates you downhill...so try not to jam 0 when u r traversing

The one problem here is that the turns aren't super realistic for backcountry right now. It doesn't look right and rides weird once you make it over to the spines.

try this combination : hold H+D before you jump , once you're in the air hold left+down arrow , its a kind of a flatspin (: ( it doesn't work if your timing isnt good )

Anyone else having problems with PS3 controller on Mac? Ive tried in Firefox and in Chrome and its not working... It worked no problem a few days ago. Ive tried conecting the controller with usb cable aswell doesnt work. Help please :)

The texture bug I got yesterday actually made the game run much smoother when I was recording, so it took me a lot less time then making an edit normally would.

how come everyone that makes an edit never stomps their tricks? they just do some future spin then hope they land and that it auto corrects them

From my experience, at least on my computer the game slows down a ton when you are recording it so it's more difficult to get something precise. Rail become pretty much impossible to get right away.
