A new ski game

Hello! I've been working on this as a little side project over the summer. It's way better if you have a controller but you can play with the keyboard if you don't have one. Try it, there are plenty of bugs!

I love this game man! The railsetup is so sick! Only thing that I think should be added is a longer jumpline! or a "slopestyle course" with like three jumps, different rail settings. Anyway, sickest skiing game out there for sure

You should be able to tweak on the keyboard if you do left CTRL + X. It's super sketchy though and he gets stuck sometimes.

you have to do a cork 270 type thing to get on though. you can do this to get on other rails with no lips too.

Getting on rails is so satisfying because of its relative difficulty. For those struggling, experiment with different drop-in points, and holding pop longer, or shorter and approaching from different angles. Just like in real skiing....if any of us ever do that again (thanks, Malcolm...), you gotta pop, delay the 90 turn (especially true on urban on setups) until your tips clear the rail.

If you keep over shooting the rail and landing on the far side, try a shallower approach angle and/or try holding down speed/pop for less time and don't begin until you're a bit closer to the feature.

If you keep on bouncing off the near side, either go faster and pop higher, or try popping sooner and/or delaying the rotation on.

The way I do them is spin about 90 to the left, push the thumbstick to the top-left until he goes corked. Then push it to the bottom-left and lincoln just bit for the last 90 to get him back on axis.

spin left and Lincoln left and it should bring your tails up

i'd say go from 8km/h to 10km/h

do this, the ledge is so fun to grind up and onto. you can also press back and turn 90 to manual on kind of if you come from the mini side jump.
