So I heard the intro to this, and was immediately reminded of some song I know I've heard, that I want to find.
Only the intro has anything to do with the one I'm thinking of, which has a sort of piano that follows that chord pattern. I feel like the lyrics have something like "you hold my heart" but I'm not sure. It's really chill and has good vibes, last ditch effort asking NS.
