This thread's to share what you're most stoked about in the photo/film world. I know people are busy and have a lot of ideas that they want to pursue, and just haven't quite had the time yet to make it happen. Hopefully posting some things you want to film will help you to create some time to get it done.

To start things off--

- I just got back in touch with a friend that four wheels and is so sick at it. I already have a perfect song picked out and have been picturing the shots I'll get for the last day. Can't wait to start filming.

- Finally picked up a sandisk extreme pro 32gb 95mb/s SD card for my t2i and no longer have to worry about "filming has stopped automatically", makes me feel so much more confident when filming important things

- Just purchased a 3tb hard drive, so all my shits backed up!

I hate it, the focus throw on the tamron 17-50 is similar, i wanna kill myself when i have to find the perfect focus.

try focusing the 16-35. I mean it's a UWA but the ring is maybe 45º total, and from infinity to 5' is maybe 15º

^ tamron 17-50 5' to inf is at most 9*. Sorry cant quote mobiles being a fucker.

Use a Zeiss ZF or Pentax SMC and see if you still feel this way.

Stoked I love photography so much.
Spending two days in a big city (SF) was really needed. I love street photography so much, but there's not a lot to do around Bozeman.

Yeah it was nuts. I'm definitely buying that. Stoked for a 14+ hour day of shooting for a short film for my first production class on Thursday.

the sherpas trailer was mind boggling awesome like always and i will definitely watch that.

also stoked to be shooting more for a music vid tomorrow and getting some sweet action glidecam shots at our basketball game tomorrow down on the floor. should be sick since i think its televised so i hear

super tak 50mm 1.4, got it for 60 with adapter seems to be in great shape. pretty stoked to try it out. Yes, i took a picture with my iphone for ease of getting it online

Stepping my game up this year.

Cant decide if I want a 70-200 or a 11-16.

I might just get a 70-200 f4 and a Rokinon 8mm or when that new 10mm comes out, i might get that.

I got the Nik suite a month or two ago. Haven't used anything but Silver Efex (quite a bit), but that's a great program!
