Moment ski advice?

i've heard mixed reviews on the moment reno jib and the moment team. i read that they have a tendancy to snap? and are really un-responsive and not poppy...what do you think? and if you dont think i should get them, what skis would you suggest for under $400

I've become a fan of Moment skis this past winter. Granted I purchased the PB&J's and shortly after the Jaguar Sharks. Still they come from the same factory and handbuilt by the people, so its to safe to say they are durable in my opinion.

If been on Armada's, 4FRT's and Salomon's for the past 8 years trying to find the one company I can honestly say, they offer everything I need in a ski. In one season I found that with Moment. I see myself loyal to Moment for many years to come.

Yeah it does help, thanks, so you don't have problems with the pop or responsiveness of them?

Not at all, they have carbon in them. Matter of fact thats what I liked about them, the liveliness.

word, im most likely getting the reno jibs...just because of their cheap cost, i think they're like $370 or something like that

I have three pairs of Moments, including the Reno Jibs.. I heard the same stuff a couple years ago, yet I don't find any of the rumours have any facts to them.. I mean my Reno Jibs have held up great for 3 years of 30+ days on them, rails, jumps, pow w/e.. They aren't really that flexible tho.
