Whoever built this must have been literally retarded though if they meant for it to be a miniramp. Unless its supposed to be a fruitbowl type thing for bikes, in which case i want it lol (but not for $100 and 6 hours of driving)

Looks like a transition ramp or something of the sort. Kind of like those ski jumps where you hop up onto a big box of snow, then drop back down into a landing.
