Teeth- A girl finds out her vagina has teeth and harnesses it to fight crime! Its pretty well done and had me laughing so hard most of the time.

Philosophy of a knife- Reallllllly fucked up movie about japanese biological experiemtns on humans during ww2. Its so bad though its hard to watch.

My buddy and me tried to watch all the fucked up russian moves this winter and found some pretty gross movies but those 2 stand out quite a bit.

Idk if its on netflix but the Cube trilogy is a good mind fuck movie. I use good loosely the acting is kinda bad but the premise is interesting. Cube 2 hypercube is my favorite

This recommendation is in a whole other lane, so forgive me. Last night I watched Blue Valentine with Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams. It's about as bleak, sad, depressing, and realistic a "dissolution of two individuals lives" movie you'll see. It's phenomenally acted and directed and is just an all around great flick, albeit horribly pessimistic/nihilistic and will definitely leaving you feeling down...in a good way. One of the most clever and effective uses of the ole' jump back and forth in time trick.

quid pro quo is pretty strange. not like human centipede fucked up but its about body integrity identity disorder (a psychological thing where people want to be amputees or paraplegics) and its rather intriguing. could have been better but if you're looking for something a little less of a nasty gore fucked up and more of a wow people are fucking strange fucked up i'd check it out.

Clockwork Orange is pretty fucked. Between rape and forced reconditioning and then the general weirdness of Kubrick directing a Burgess novel. I would definitely include it on this list
