Serously guys i was living here all winter, i walked to the park everyday. Wake up at 1pm be skiing by 1:15 depending how fast you can get ready.

Lol i wouldnt lie to ns and say i get up at 9. A better example might be, if you get hungry while skiing, screw cobra dogs. walk home, grill some burgers and come back out.

yeahhh... would be one thing in the winter, but PC actually becomes semi-affordable in the offseason. You can easily get a 6 month lease from May-Novemberish in the $500-$700 range. On the plus side based on the location it sounds like whoever moves in here would get to be neighbors with me.
