Ive heard from a lot of reviews and websites that the salomon spk 85 run small, one website says you need a full size larger (ex: if i needed a 28.5, the spk is a 29.5)
Like all salomon boots they run true to the salomon measurer. So when you have your foot measured in the shop by the fitter, he can then determine what shell size and shape will be best for you.
One thing to consider though is the SPk 85 is a very dumbed down version of the SPk. You don't get allot of the features of the real Spk's you don't even get a heat mold liner for example.
thanx for the fit help. the only reason that i was looking at the 85 is cuz im an intermediate skiier and i was looking at a little softer flex, would you suggest the spk 90?
Always get the 90 over the 85. Its only a tiny bit stiffer, but still 90 is pretty soft. But the heel cushioning, heat mold liner and goo toe are so worth it.
But overall go find a shop with a good bootfitter, and see if they will even fit your foot.
