This is a paper/assignment that I just did for my government class. What do you think? (the news parts are made up). There are some pretty bold statements in here. And I am gonna be straight forward that I don't know a lot about our political/government system. and a lot of you political people will probably hate on me. inb4 the haters ahahaha.
The Natural Selection Party
We believe that every man and every woman should fight for themselves and their own rights.
We are tired of a government not led by the people. We want a government led by the people and for the people.
Our Symbol: Our symbol consists of two swords clashed together and crossing. This signifies our commitment to an every man and woman for themselves scenario. It is a fight to win, but we come out stronger that way.
Our History: The party began when a group of people during the early 1990's realized that too many people were taking advantage of our government system and tax payers. They were living off unemployment and not even looking for jobs. Well this small group of people realized this along with many others, but they were the ones to make a difference. So the NSP (Natural Selection Party) formed. It was formed on the idea that we would but a stop to people taking advantage of our government system, and people would work for what they have or want. We believe it is a greater struggle, but that people will come out stronger.

Recently the Natural Selection Party has sprung up out of no where and is gaining popularity very quickly. Their views are revolutionary, with the main idea of every man and every woman for themselves. If you don't like something, then go out and make a difference.

Strong hate among lower class, against the NSP
The NSP (Natural Selection Party) has been receiving strong hate from lower class citizens. Primarily the people collecting unemployment checks and benefits. On the other hand, tax payers of the higher and middle class have been showing more and more support each day.
- We resent the hate that we have been receiving, and realize that most of it is coming from those cheating the system. We want you to step out and take a stand, and try to get on your feet. And know that we are not trying to ruin your lives, but we are hear to help you get on your feet and then on your own. Please contact us for more information.
Where We Stand:
Foreign Policy
Foreign relations is an extremely strong idea that we believe in. We want to expand our foreign allies and connections to be able to more readily work along side them, rather than against them. Currently we are acting too quickly on decisions involving foreign counterparts and we are making enemies instead of allies. This needs to change, and we hope one day to have free travel throughout the world.
Energy
Energy can be changed drastically, and we agree it should. However we need to stabilize what we have now to be able to grow and expand our green technologies. Too often our relations with countries where we get oil are changing and this needs to stop. If we can stabilize our relations and keep a steady gas price than we can research more on greener technology, with the hope of eventually being self dependent on energy.
Environmental Issues
The environment is a very touchy subject, and we realize this. It must be handled carefully and by people who know what they are doing. We agree that how we deal with the environment needs to change, but they first step is to actually get people out and into the environment. We have become a lazy country and we need to get active and get out into the environment that we are looking to protect. How can you protect something if you know nothing about it? The first step is Education about the environment.
Education
The current education system is great, but we need higher standards. This does not mean a longer school day, but this means a regulation. A regulation on what you might ask, and our answer is teachers. Too often teachers are getting jobs that they don't deserve and they are turning out students that are not up to par. We think a students grade should be based off his or her ability and the ability of the teacher, a weighted grade in a sense. This way students would get a more accurate representation of how they are doing in school. Teachers should be evaluated yearly, on a strict standard of their teaching abilities. Along side of this regulation we believe teachers should be payed higher, due to the stricter standards, and as an incentive to teach and work harder.
Economy
The current state of our countries economy is in shambles. This is one thing that we believe should be taxed heavily, in the sense that people should pay a large dividend of their yearly income to pay off the government debt. From the looks of it, their is no clear or easy way out, and we are going to have to fight long and hard to pay off our debt. Every little bit counts and we are willing to fight, if you are too.
Tax Reform
Taxes is where we have strong beliefs. We will not try to tax the rich highly, as we believe that if you earned it rightfully, then you have earned it. If we do not tax those with money a lot, they will not get on the defensive side and be more willing to donate (which we will highly encourage). The middle and lower classes will be taxed similarly, obviously on a scaled income system. We don't want to make people go bankrupt, but we are here to help people get on their feet, that way they can get on their own, and then pay it forward. Taxes will be more limited and go only to what we really need, not want. We don't want to tax people to have government funded community projects, if a community wants something bad enough, we have the belief that they will get together and raise the money themselves on a state level.
Military
Our Armed Forces need help. We want a higher fund for research on technology for defense, not offense. We don't want to control other countries through military threats and the size of our forces. We want to boast our defenses to keep the enemy (foreign, and domestic) at bay. Too much money is going towards growing the size of our armed forces, and threatening other countries with offensive power to keep them away, and that is NOT the proper way for defense. We need a stronger bond between our military and foreign military's, that way we can protect each other.
How do you know if the NSP is right for you?
- You feel as if you rightfully earned what you have.
- You are tired of paying for liars and cheaters to live under the forgiving wing of the government.
- You want change and you are willing to fight to get it.
- You don't like taxes, but realize we need them on a smaller scale.
- You believe in defense, not offense.
- You are willing to make changes in your community and stand up for your beliefs.
- You want to get active, to help out the environment and energy crisis.
