I have a pair of Garmont Delirium boots bought at the beginning of the season that are for sale for $350 OBO (MSRP $735). They are great boots but turned out to be too wide for my narrow feet and I'm hoping to sell them to someone with medium to wide feet who can enjoy them more. They have been skied on 7 days and there is no damage to them aside from a few minor scuffs on the medial side of the shell (can see in pics). The heat-moldable stock liners (very good liners for stock liners) have been molded once and can be remolded several more times without issue. The boots come with the liners (of course), laces for these liners, and an Allen wrench used for adjusting the forward lean of the boots (3 positions possible). The boots have a solid walk-mode feature and are listed as a 130+ flex, which I think is pretty accurate. They have a BSL of 325 mm and come with AT soles (which can be swapped for DIN soles if desired). They also are tech binding (i.e. Dynafit) compatible.
