I feel like I have been thread-whoring recently but i found this to be very disturbing.

The Public Policy Polling (PPP) has released new data showing that a majority of likely Republican primary voters rolling in the Deep South don’t see Obama as a Christian.

PPP's Alabama survey of 600 likely GOP primary voters found that only 14 percent consider Obama a Christian, while 45 percent see him as a Muslim and 41 percent answered that they were not sure.

In Mississippi, of 656 likely GOP primary voters surveyed, 12 percent said Obama was a Christian, 52 percent classified him as a Muslim, and 36 percent fell in the "not sure" category.

Similarly, Mississippi is the poorest state in America and when asked about Obama and politics, their deep-rooted belief is that Obama is destroying the country.

Religion rumors are nothing new for Obama. Back in August 2010, one-fifth of all Americans believed that Obama was a Muslim born in Kenya. The fact of the matter is, his father was from Kenya but Obama has only visited the region as an adult re-connecting with his half-brothers, sisters and aunts.

Also in Mississippi and alabama around 60-66 percent don't believe in evolution.

Aaaaaaaaaand all credibility goes out the window. Bill Maher can place him self right there with the Rush's, and Glen Beck's in the standings for shit bag political voices. Nothing but a sensationalist.

This is just a spin to try and convince already brain dead idiots (no one else watches his show) that people who don't like Obama are all backwards southerners, and that everyone from the south is like those interviewed here.

It is the same as when the conservatard talk radio hosts try and write all Obama supporters as being welfare grubbing, drug abusing, lazy degenerates.


The fact is that you will find those who think Obama is destroying this country from Key West to Nome, and Obama supporters throughout that whole range as well.

It makes no difference who is voted in. All of the presidential candidates that have ever existed come from the same class and are their interests reflect those class values. Nothing will change for these people or the rest of America if the government is Republican or Democrat. Same shit different 4 years.

i dont necessarily agree with that about Glenn Beck he is very independent in his views. he actually points out secret laws and bills that have been passed under the citizens' radar (so to say), in which have ruined our constitutional rights. Yes many conservative talk show hosts paint many liberals as being lazy and ignorant but in a sense most are. they want free health care, hell i want free health care, but i want it from a stable government in a thriving economy. Free health care doesnt work take canada for example. As for some being lazy take the Occupy protestors. Most of them are college students or have already graduated, but they have liberal arts degrees and are sociology majors. where does that degree fit into a technological world today. since their degree is pretty much bullshit, they want a job to just fall into their hands, along with food stamps. yet they have iphones, smartphones, $$$. They want to pay off their debt but they cant since they went to Syracuse for a liberal arts degree they cant. The only major beneficial degrees of today due with: general business management, medical, IT, and law. This lazy application of liberals falls into that of those not even protesting they have given up on looking for a job so they receive free health care (payed by tax payers), food stamps (payed by tax payers), a free cell phone (payed by tax payers), and transportation (payed by tax payers).

That video paints us southerners as conservative, racist, assholes. I'm not saying that some southerners are not racist but most dont give a fuck what color you are.

If Obama is such a Christian why is he preventing Christian Schools from practicing their religion.

Bill Mahr is clearly stating his hatred of people. As he tears apart Sarah Palins daughter. What the fuck does that have to do with anything. Nothing. He classifies every redneck is exactly the same. Oh yeah like he didnt pick those people out. Of course he did

Bill maher doesn't have to anything with the polling. He just made the video. Bill Maher may be sensationally but at least he delivers factual information, and he is a COMEDIAN, unlike Rush and the other political pinheads at fox.

And by the way, saying that only brain dead idiots watch Bill Mahers show is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. He gets some of the most intelligent people from both sides of the aisle on his show not to mention great actors, scientists, philosophers, and musicians. I would say that the majority of his audience is highly intelligent actually.

And I hate to break it to you but most southerners ARE conservative racist assholes. One side of my family is from the south and almost everyone including them fit that description.
