I've never skied JJs but I own some Super 7's in 195cm so I'll add my little bit.
I really enjoy in the Super 7. I ski on the east coast but take a trip out west here and there, and enjoy on all types of snow. The added metal in the Super 7 and longer length gives me stability and good edge hold on hardpack, and I can confidently ski fast and open up some wider turns on these skis (on harder snow). On soft snow, it's definitely a ski that is is more for making shorter turns, however, the 195 length with some extra material in the ski makes it really fun to ski deep crud at comfortable/high speeds. Keep in mind I'm 6'5'' 220 pounds.
Before I had the Super 7 I had an S7 in the 188 length. I was younger, lighter, less aggressive. I loved this ski. It was super playful, forgiving and just a fun ski for all conditions. I handed this ski down to my dad and he loves it. He is 55 years old and just likes to ski around with me. He is a great skier and likes to ski all conditions. He loves how forgiving the ski is and how easy it is to shape turns in soft snow.
I like the pintail in the S7 series, it's my style. If you like to complete your turns, carve em out and really put some real inertia into it, you might want to look at a ski with a different
