Replying to Getboards.com is completely unorganized and mess!!!!

I bought a pair of PE's from getboards.com they got hear really fast but they sent me the fujatives instead. Now I am getting the complete run around I talk to one person and they say the PE's were never resent , then the manager says they were. They were supposed email the tracking number and never did and the skis were supposed to be here 2 days ago and still haven't recieved them. If you have other options to buy on the internet I would use a different site getboards is way to unorganized!!!!!
