well I think you need some kind of certification PS1 something or another. But at my resort in west virginia they would train people who have never even skied before to teach beginners so it can't be that hard. One complaint from people I knew that taught ski school is they would have to sit in the ski school shack from 8-3 everyday whether they had lessons scheduled or not. But they would only get paid for the hours they were actually on slope teaching. So those are definetly things to ask your future employer about.
