Boneless chicken fillet (KFC original), Mac n' cheese, biscuit, proceed to eat a bite of all three at once and get ready to have your taste buds orgasm. Wash it all down with a doctor pepper.

well tonight I had fettuccine Alfredo doused in cheese and ranch dressing piled over garlic bread with a Dr pepper.

Not the most gnarly but it was delicious.

don't understand what you mean by gnarly, but a great meal is

a nice filet, cooked medium rare
italian bread
garlic or bacon/cheddar mashed potatoes
green beans

Hard to pick just 1, but:

Filet Mignon cooked medium rare with garlic mashed potatoes, mushrooms cooked in red wine, and some corn on the cobb. To drink, Merlot and a glass of ice water.

my favorite unhealthy breakfast. three eggs, scrambled with a shitload of cheese in them, four strips of bacon, and then two eggo waffles fried in the bacon grease. put it all together for a deliciously greasy sandwich.
