whenever you get them tightened the first couple of meals hurt and if somethings digging into you then you should either see the dentist asap to fix it or just tough it out because after like 5 days it wont usually hurt because your skin will get tougher
BITCHING ABOUT IT MIGHT HELP! geezus just each dome god damn apple sauce instead of being a post whore.....its really sad when ur trying to get ns to tell u what to eat because your teeth a lil sore.
i recomend getting punched in the mouth. the Braces made your teeth super strong so it will really hurt the puncher. Also i was born with a movie stars smile i never had braces but have perfect teeth. Just sayin
It wasn't a huge deal for me, but for some it is. I did have a trumpet solo in marching band the day after I had my braces taken off. That was interesting. Carmel apples will fuck your shit. Popcorn and apples are a pain in the ass as far as getting stuck, but they're fine. Don't listen to what they say about sugar.
apples aren't that bad except for the fact that you feel like the brackets are going to rip off the whole time. Pita chips can knock brackets off really easy, I've done it twice. Rubber bands are a bitch at first but just ease yourself in. The ultimate post-tightening meal is store bought muscle milk (none of that powder shit, I'm talking the bottles they have at convenience stores) and ben and jerrys. popcorn kinda sucks, broccoli kinda sucks. Brush/floss your gums well or they will get inflamed and start trying to overtake your teeth (or at least they did for me). that's basically all.
somehow nearly everybody in our society has had braces and not needed to ask this question, and you just felt the need to ask it. use some common sense. just cut up apples and corn and you will be fine. and brush well
