The Skis (General Overview)
This is our performance offering for women, designed by Grete Eliassen, the ARW is what the AR6 is for male skiers (a 50% park/pipe and 50% all-mountain high performance ski) but with a women´s touch. The ARW is lighter because of the reduced dimensions and a has thinner version of the core. It has yoga-like flex with carbon fiber stringers, sandwich fiberglass laminates and specific profiling. A 2.5 impact edge and seven series base makes it tough on the outside but soft on the inside.

Condition of Skis
They were given to me in 2009 by another ski shop employee (apparently his ex-girlfriend's). The original binding mounts were just barely too small for my boots, so they have been drilled twice. The current binding mount fits a range from maybe a 7-11?

I have put minimal use on the skis since the former owner, since I am snowboarder primarily and had access to the ski shops line of demo skis. The top sheets have few scratches and 1-2 knicks along the edges. The bases have no major scratches or dents, only minor scratches that will disappear with a hot wax. The edges do have some rust and could use a pas through a grinder or a little rubbing with some gum abrasive.
The Bindings (General Overview)
Salomon reinforced the toe and heel of the STH Binding to answer new school freeriders and freestylers' demand for a burly binding. Salomon also built a stomp pedal (a pad under your toes) into the STH to reduce vibration at high speed and take a bit of the impact away from tough landings. With a DIN of 4 to 12, the STH will satisfy everyone from progressing freeriders to solid park and pipe experts.
