Head Skis

what are your thoughts on Head twins? i had the JO pros last year. shittiest ski ive ever had the side walls chipped easy, soft top, the bases were beaten easily and the metal edge started coming out at the end of the year. so i got a free pair of GP 84 2012s, so thats my experience are your similar or different?

i got a pair for free last year, the blueberry lemons, and i never thought i would say i hate a free ski but i do. i started losing edges after about 3 weeks, not a good ski to even ride in my opinion. it wast fun, very responsive, but was light. i basically have no bases left in places and this was all after one season. sheesh, i dont recomend them. maybe simon will design a good ski for them

i guess for simon thats good enough since he'll prob just use them only a couple of times for comps then get new ones every other day

i only use mine in the park.. love em. Light stiff underfoot, and super durable. if you hit shit correctly they will hold up. Both are the same ski, just different top sheet.

I have been with Head for two years now, this year being my third, and they are incredible park skis, prob not the best, but cheap and incredibly playful

head park skis don't actually look good in magazine reviews, the suspect wins every time, personally i think the suspects blow, they are too stiff and ride like shit compared to my heads

to each his own man, i respect most peoples choice on their skis for what ever reason, for example rockered park skis like the 2012 in the park... i think they blow, no pop, but some people live by them and pull way bigger shit than i will ever be able to pull
