wait, what was the twitch part? i saw a lot of effects, but i am not sure what was twitch. Can you explain what it does?

you can really see the effect in the credits, when the text goes all crazy and moves slowly and slightly right after that. and when the text moves real abrupt and quick you get the red blue and green colors behind it. there's more that it does but thats the basic concept
