its just an after effects plug in that "twitches" the video and you can get that rgb color split and a shaky feel sorta. idk a whole lot about it but i know its used in this dance vid quite a bit...

ha yeah the vid is sick for sure. you can really see the effect in the credits on the text. thats basically what twitch is. i think its from video copilot
