i always spin to the right (throwing my left arm) when im on the tramp doing truckdrivers , mistys, spins and shit. but when im skiing and going of ramps i always spin to the left! why?
i know this is a pointledd thread and you guys are going to find some sort of way to make sarcastic comments but i dont fucking care +k to whoever helps me out
ps im new to freestyle skiing fron racing so i span to the right all summer on the tramp and today i watched an edit i was in last year and im spinning to the right . i also feel it would be less sketchy spinning to the left on snow except for inverts..
i just find it easier to find the front of my foot spinning to the right i think its just because of the grab i was doing .. il delte this thread in a minute
It all comes down to stance. Depending on where you apply pressure on your body, your stance and the force/speed of the situation are all variables as to why you might spin the other way. It could just be that since the ankles are not locked up in a boot, it gives you a different sort of balance as to when to are ski. I know this. I have studied this for years. Wrong balance can be so simple, and can put you off. If you try find the exact balance you have on a tramp, and then apply it to your skiing you could start spinning left, which would be a bonus when your skiing because you could then spin both ways. You could do this by maybe getting some ankle weights and try tramping with them. Keep progressing
