i'm in alexandria visiting family for thanksgiving, anybody know of anything fun to do in the area? skateparks are always good, that kind of stuff. <3

for skateparks, search duke st., arlington skatepark, and mt. rainier skatepark. you're right in the city so check out freedom plaza and cruise around downtown if you're looking for some fun places to skate. non-skating things to do would be to check out the smithsonians, go see a caps game if there is one, go shopping in georgetown, andddd yea i'll check back if i remember any more things. hope that helps man
