Help me NSG, you are my only hope

So somehow, this came up on one of my friends facebook feeds, and it looked fairly familiar. The dude is claiming its a soccer injury. Normally, I wouldn't care, its sorta impressive I guess, I'm flattered you want to claim my bare ass as your own.

But the dude messaged me today after removing a bunch of comments. I quote:



"I noticed it was your picture, that I used for that contest.
I actually found it on a Russian forum so I definitly wasn't expecting it was anyone from NS.


I know it's not my picture and I hate to cheat but it's for a good cause, it's not for me but for a realy good friend of mine, he is the keeper in our fieldhockey team and recently got his car stolen. Insurance wouldn't cover it. The car was an old lada so there wasn't a lot lost but in his car was all of his keeper gear.


He is an operation assistant in the hospital over here and works really hard helping people for little pay.
Outside of his job he is studying to become a docter and works at the local food shelter.
The total of his damages is easily 4/5X his monthly salary. He is devasted about it.


He is the best keeper we ever had and an awesome human being so we wanted to help him, I will give him my old BMW Z3 with 4 years of free service on my account when i return to Moscow. And the rest of the team got enough money together to get almost all the gear, Helmet, bodyguard, stick, etc..


The only part that remains are legguards, they are really, really expensive in Russia and hard to find.
Now there is a contest on Obo's facebook page to win some legguards and as you geussed that's why I entered.

I'm sorry, but you are not going to use my hard earned injury picture to cheat and win prizes for your self or your friend.

Please NS, do what you can to make sure this dude doesnt get dick.

Bro dont be so selfish. People need to learn to give a little. Ya maybe he didnt do the right thing but hes trying to help someone out. The feeling of helping someone should be good and is how our world needs to operate instead of being selfish bitches.

Ok hang on a second.

So you go into a job interview process. The guy you are competing with lied about his GPA making it better than yours. You worked your ass off for your GPA, the other guy just dicked around. It's OK though because the guy needs the job more because his car just got stolen, and you just "gave a little"....

My friend saw it and caught it, the dude didnt ask me, I had to call him out. You're in the moral wrong here, how am I fucking someone over by having him play by the RULES?

terrible analogy. Rowen isn't even competing and a leg injury isn't exactly something you strive for like a GPA.

He should have asked, but what you're doing (assuming his story is legit) is akin to telling the store clerk about the man stealing bread. What he's doing is wrong, and against the rules, no doubts about that, but his intentions are good. No chance he'll be winning it now anyways.
