Replying to Ski Pass Debate

ok...we are having a debate on ski passes and free days.

So...in a figurative ski land, a season pass costs $500. A ski pass, for a day, is $50.

If you ski 10 days, are all days after that free because you already paid the same amount as buying day passes?

OR

Is it that the more you ski, the less money you pay per day?
