what do you where under you're helmet and do you do anything to stop you're helmet from slidding on you're hat /ridding up. ?

Beanie and goggles, if it rides up then it is usually is the wrong size, so wear a bigger beanie if so.

I wear a self-crocheted hat and a helmet without the liner in it. Goggles under the helmet as well. The helmet actually fits me better this way because the original liner was a bit too thin. As for sliding around, get a hat/liner/complete helmet that fits you right! If its simply sliding back a bit, you can shortenen the forward-most strap and simply feed the slack through the buckle system.

nothing, goggles go on the outside where they belong and i dont need a hat because i bought a helmet that is warm, considering i only wear it when its cold.

my hair, goggles over my helmet and a yowie around my neck. helmets are pretty warm and comfortable for the most part if you get the correct size. I've never had my head or ears cold at all with just a helmet

The bula next to skin balaclava Is SOOO awesome I love it and if its super cold then i wear a beanie and the balaclava.

Nothing, goggles on the outside, they feel weird inside. I don't understand how people need to wear a beanie underneath too, get a properly fitting helmet.
