Pittsfield, MA

My town was hit pretty hard by the recent blizzard and I'm out of power until sunday at least. My dad's company has put us up in the comfort inn in Pittsfield for the week, and I'm wondering if anybody knows of anything fun to do in/around Pittsfield?

i don't live in pittsfield, if i lived in pittsfield and my town had no tower, why would i be at a hotel in pittsfield?

i don't think butternut or jiminy are open, but even if they are, my skis aren't mounted and are back in CT.

i'll definitely check out that ice cream place.

I went dirtbiking out in Pittsfield over the summer, pretty fun trails out there! Obviously that's not an option though. I did go to some pizza place, I think it was like "Tomatoes" or something, not sure if it was in pittsfield or like a town close by but it was pretty good I thought.

I'm from richmond. Pittsfield isn't fun unless you know people. Idk how much snow is still there cause I'm at college but without skis there is probably nothing. This is is a shitty time of year to be stuck there

Hike the thunderbolt trail on Mt. Greylock and scope places for jumps, and also check out the broken down ski lift and rope tow from the 50's.

Yo dog I live like 15 minutes from Pittsfield. Definitely go to that ice cream place. Its Legit. Then go to The Garden. Its a sick skate/ski/snowboard place. They got everything. Its on North st. There is a sick movie theater on north st also. check that out.
