Split Sell/Trade

It needs to happen. The volume of threads on there knocks threads back way too fast - right now, threads that havent had a reply in the last 24 hours are 7 PAGES back.

Theres way too much bumping and jockeying for the front page.

Theres way too much softgoods and clothing relative to skis.


Split Sell/Trade into Hardgoods and Softgoods. I dont want to wade through pages and pages of hoodies and t-shirts to find a set of skis.

i actually support this. sell/trade isnt like other sections people want seperated, its going way to fast! it should be split up, and it would help a lot with finding things, especialy since the searchbar is broken.
yet we all know thet people wil still post in the wrong forums for 10 yrs to come cause there so ignant.

I kind of want to see us go back to a "classifieds" system like old times, with categories. Would be so much better than just multiplying the number of forums.

I agree but people will still post their jibberish in the hardwoods threads and people like kangbang or the clap would hop all over them for it. It does need something to organize it better

I think it should look similar to the reviews section with some sort of template to fill out with the details of what you're selling. With categories. No threads. No bumping. Just ads that are in chronological order of when they were posted. It would make it so much easier to sell stuff. You wouldn't have to constantly bump your thread to stay ahead of the multiple new jiberish/saga threads that show up every day.

I feel that splitting sell and trade would not work great but i mean i agree that it is very cluttered. I am not sure what should be done.

I fully support this. I've been looking for bindings, and while there aren't a ton for sale (at least in regards to what I'm looking for), it's annoying to have to weed through 10 pages of Saga this and Jiberish that just to find one thread that has a viable candidate.
