Fisher Contact, Warranty

I have a question about a warranty and have sent them a few e-mails telling them my situation and called, still nothing.


I cannot go to the shop I bought them from because I am outta state and will be for awhile, and by the time I am back the warranty will be up. I called and e-mailed the shop I got them from and they said they wont do anything till I can go there in person.

any help? info? advice?

go to a shop near you and ask if they have a fischer rep or something?

Why don't you call the shop and then mail your skis to the shop so they can mail them to fischer? I dunno this doesn't seem that complicated. Either its important enough for you to try to get your shit warrantied or its not..

he said he has called the shop, and they are requiring him to bring them in in person.

clap: I would go to the nearest fischer dealer and ask if they can help you at all, if not, ask the owner of the other shop very very nicely

You do not need to go to the shop you purchased the skis from, any Fischer dealer can help you (with your original receipt). Your shop should be able to fax you a copy if you do not have it.

If your shop is unresponsive etc, save your emails since they are time-stamped. It will help you (maybe) if they claim you are passed the time period.
