Replying to Safari 5.1 Problem

I've had Safari for the past few years and I really like it but the other day Apple Software Update told me that I can download Safari 5.1. Of course I wanted to get the newest browser, so I downloaded it. When it finished, It opened, and the top just says "Untitled". All my tabs are there, you can enter in websites, they just won't load and it still says "Untitled". I've tried uninstalling it, then redownloading it, but it doesn't work. I even tried downloading 5.0.4 because that's what worked for me in the past, but it doesn't work either. Anybody know what the problem is? Btw i'm on a Windows 7 computer
