IPhone 5 October Launch

dont even compare the ipod touch to the iphone. They look somewhat alike but they are tow completely different entities. I have a friends and i got my iphone and i was talking about it and he was like hurr i dont like em vurry mooch. i told him he had never used one and he said he had and that an ipd touch was an iphone without calling service. SUCH A DAMN LIE

what I really want to know is if the iphone 4 will go on sale for closeout prices like the 3gs. I have the option to upgrade now and at $49 you can't really go wrong, but if the iphone 4 drops to around that price tag then I'll wait for the iphone 5 release

how would a case fit over the sides on that? confused

well you clearly have no clue what you're talking about, even though you "work" for verizon, when really you work for a third party store dont you?

both at&t and verizon don't make anything on the iphone (that is the phone itself), just on the plan. and $400 commission per phone...come on dude. regardless of the phone you make the same anyway, +/- a few $$



and for all apple products, they work well with other apple products. otherwise they're very incompatable. after many years on a pc, ive recently appreciated mac much more than I used to. apple makes a good product, whether its phone or computer. but you're limited, and anything else always costs extra. to the people that hate on androids, you can't compare a $20 android phone to a $200 iphone. that's why you hated it. imo android trumps unless you're all apple'd out, just because samsung and htc make just as good of a product (the new epic touch imo is going to blow away any other phone for the next year), and you get so much more with android for free

If they label this as an "iPhone 5" they will really be putting the dagger in their back... they can't honestly try to profit off a phone which literally won't change a thing from iphone 4.

- we already know everything about the software of the new device (ios5)
- we already almost certainly know the peripherals (doubt anything new is coming)
- literally the only upgrade they can make is hardware, i.e. processor and storage space.

If they come out with a phone that has slightly different design and a new processor and say it's the new best thing and totally worth 400$ more than the Iphone 4, I will totally lose faith in the company. My money is it will be marketed as the iphone 4gs, which would make some sense I guess.

nah its gonna be the nexus/droid prime, i wish i could wait for it but i keep getting tempted to the droid bionic however i may stick it out and wait for the prime
