Replying to Eagle Scout

I'm just wondering if there are any Boy Scouts/Eagle Scouts that can answer a question I have. I was a Boy Scout up until I was 12-13 and it was a pretty good time, but I didn't really have time for it. I couldn't go on that many camping trips or anything due to Baseball and Soccer games on the weekend. I dropped out in 7th grade and I truly regret it. I was just wondering if it is possible for me to go back and finish what I need to do to become an Eagle Scout? I just turned 16. If i can't, it's fine but I was just wondering and I assumed there would be a few Eagle Scouts or future Eagle Scouts on Newschoolers. Thanks!
