Titus69Fair, I just dont get how people ski pow without poles, however I can get that, look at hackel a few years ago, was stitched the fuck up on like 1/3 of his face
BigPurpleSkiSuitWe bounce and you can still lean into turns, try skiing without poles and imagine you're holding poles. That's what I do in powder and moguls without them.
OregonDeadI don’t actually use my poles to ski. Poles are good for whacking snow off my boots otherwise I would not carry. Oh yeah stabbing too but there are pros and cons as I’ve been on the stabby end of my own pole
DeebieSkeebiesThis sounds kinda hardo but I honestly still work on some of the mini ski drills my coaches told me about when I was a grom on the local freeride team and its kinda helped up the game a lil bit for me. Like we had such a shitty year last season that I spent a ton of time just working on holding edges and going fast and shit and its been super duper useful when it comes to just hot laps and airing everything you see.

Sad_BoiFeeling pretty dumb. Set my poles down in the parking lot to take off my boots, etc and just drove off without them
Chubz.finally hit the first rail of the season and absolutely blew out my pants hitting the next feature.
