Replying to Video uploader not working

I tried to upload a video, and i tried the way without the embed code. it worked but then it said conversion: Fail. just wondeering, what makes that happen? anyway, then i deleted it because when i see videos with that i get really annoyed and so i dont want mine to do that. then, i tried the way using the embed code from vimeo. I tried both the "old" and "new" style (from vimeo), and they both didn't work. It said that the embed code isn't formatted right. so i tried the other, non embed code way, and it came up with the same error message: Embed code isn't formatted right. this is odd because im not even using the embed code. Help?
